INTERSECTION deals with issues, initiatives, and ideas impacting American society. The pilot episode entitled, African Americans and Law Enforcement, focuses on the current state of affairs between these two groups during a period of extended unrest.

Tsuyoshi Tatsuzaki is disqualified from practising law due to the betrayal of his best friend. Rookie lawyer Narumi Akikawa quits her efficiency-oriented law firm because of her sense of justice. Former Marutobushi detective Kenjiro Kazama, who has been forced out of his job after his underhanded misdeeds are exposed.
